Board Trustee

The Company is seeking Board Trustees to help guide its strategic direction and governance. Trustees will contribute expertise and sound judgment to support research, skills development, innovation, and the development of future talent. They will help strengthen governance, strategic reach, and connections across the relevant innovation ecosystem. Responsibilities include preparing for and participating in Board meetings, contributing between meetings when needed, and potentially serving on Board committees. Candidates should bring significant experience in one or more relevant areas, such as energy storage end-user industries, defence, finance or investment, senior academic or publicly funded roles, or Board service and governance in the public or charitable sector. Strategic insight, sound judgment, and commitment to the organization’s charitable objectives are essential. Candidates must be over 18 and willing to sign a declaration confirming their readiness to serve as a trustee.
