Vice President, Project Management Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Management Operations to lead project delivery across client portfolios and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing and developing project management teams, partnering with senior leaders across functions, and overseeing project budgets, scopes, timelines, and financial performance. The role will improve scalable processes and tools, guide resource and capacity planning, and address delivery risks and escalations. The Vice President will also contribute to organizational strategy, change initiatives, and executive planning. Candidates should have at least 12 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare communications, including oversight of complex, cross-functional, multichannel campaigns. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, budget management, and agency production skills are essential, along with experience developing scalable project management methods and tools. Familiarity with project management platforms and operational reporting tools is also required.
