Senior Vice President, Experiential & Business Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Experiential and Business Operations to build scalable infrastructure for experiential projects and drive enterprise-wide process improvements. Responsibilities include developing repeatable project fulfillment models, building specialized resource networks, clarifying cross-functional roles, and partnering with operations teams to ensure successful delivery. The role will standardize workflows from project handoff through closeout, improve planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and communication, and lead the implementation of procedures, training, and continuous improvement. Additional duties include establishing preferred vendor partnerships, integrating acquisitions, evaluating geographic expansion, and developing operating models for new markets and services. Candidates should bring senior-level experience in experiential delivery, business operations, and cross-functional process improvement.
