Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its accounting and finance function and advise executive leadership on business performance, growth, and financial direction. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and close processes. The CFO will develop financial models and performance analyses, assess profitability and other business metrics, and guide planning and decision-making. The role also oversees routine financial operations, compliance, internal controls, systems, and reporting improvements, while leading and developing the accounting team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; an advanced credential such as a CPA or MBA is preferred. At least 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership and hands-on strategic and operational oversight, is required. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash management, and reporting is essential, along with experience improving processes, controls, and systems. Advanced financial systems and reporting skills, strong Excel proficiency, effective executive communication, sound judgment, and proven leadership are also required.
