Vice President, CB IB Ops F2B Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead front-to-back operations transformation across trade finance and lending. The role involves redesigning end-to-end processes, defining target operating models, simplifying workflows, strengthening controls, and improving automation, efficiency, resilience, and client service. Responsibilities include establishing programme governance, managing financials and benefits, using data and performance measures to guide improvements, and leading change adoption. The Vice President will align senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and control functions, while directing cross-functional teams and providing clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions. Candidates should typically have 12 or more years of relevant banking or financial services experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Strong knowledge of trade finance and lending operations, target operating model design, process re-engineering, and service delivery is required, along with advanced programme management, analytical, stakeholder-influencing, people leadership, and change-management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities are essential, as is the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; relevant programme, project, or change certification is desirable.
