Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop its finance function, including financial accounting, financial control, planning and analysis, and tax. The role is responsible for the integrity and timely delivery of financial reporting, statutory accounts, and month- and year-end close processes. Working with senior leadership, the Head of Finance will provide commercial insight, support strategic decisions, and lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including presenting performance to the board. The position also oversees tax and statutory compliance and supports the development of finance team members through coaching and mentoring. Candidates should hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and have proven experience leading a finance team in a senior role. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are required. Applicants should also bring advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting systems.
