Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a growing, multi-site logistics and warehousing network. The role oversees warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services, with accountability for operational performance, profitability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing and developing senior operations and safety leaders; overseeing financial performance, cost control, and productivity; and establishing consistent procedures and performance measures across facilities. The Vice President will also lead facility launches and customer implementations, strengthen safety and service, partner on growth and planning, and use operational systems and reporting to improve decision-making. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or a related field, including five or more years overseeing multi-site operations through senior leaders. Demonstrated multi-facility P&L responsibility and success improving efficiency, profitability, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction are required. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, labor management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement is expected, along with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent executive experience may be considered; experience in regulated logistics environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma are also advantageous.
