Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-site logistics, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment network. The role oversees operational performance, profitability, and leadership development across multiple facilities, with full responsibility for financial results, cost control, labor productivity, and efficiency. Key duties include standardizing procedures and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, improving safety and customer service, and leading facility launches, customer implementations, and expansions. The executive will also partner with commercial and senior leaders on growth, customer relationships, planning, and investment decisions, while developing leaders and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or a related field, including five or more years overseeing multi-site operations through senior leaders. Demonstrated success managing multi-facility financial performance and improving efficiency, profitability, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction is required. Applicants should understand warehouse management systems, labor management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, and bring strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent executive experience may be considered; experience in regulated logistics environments and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or engineered labor standards are also advantageous.
