Chief Executive

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive to lead its work supporting healthcare finance professionals and to shape its future direction. The role involves setting and delivering organizational strategy, ensuring strong performance and financial sustainability, and balancing the organization’s purpose with its commercial activities. The Chief Executive will work closely with the Board, staff, members, and partners to strengthen impact, develop people, and foster a positive, supportive culture. The successful candidate will also represent the organization as a trusted and influential voice in the healthcare sector. Candidates should bring substantial senior executive or board-level leadership experience, including accountability for strategy, performance, financial sustainability, and delivery. Significant experience in charitable or not-for-profit governance is required, along with a record of creating value for members, customers, or professional communities. Applicants should have experience leading organizational strategy, embedding values-based change, and developing senior leadership teams, as well as working effectively with trustees or governing bodies. Integrity, sound judgment, and an inclusive, collaborative, and compassionate leadership approach are essential.
