Candidates should have leadership experience in specialty subcontracting, such as concrete, masonry, millwork, or white-shell interiors. A proven record of safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with construction project management and scheduling tools is an advantage.
