Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership and hands-on oversight of multiple branches and related programs. The role is responsible for daily operations, program quality, financial performance, membership growth, facilities, and staff and volunteer development. The Vice President will implement strategic and annual operating plans, lead fundraising and community engagement, and build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. The position also requires maintaining safe, welcoming facilities and ensuring child protection practices and applicable policies are followed. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. Candidates should have at least eight years of progressively responsible management experience and demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations, develop teams, oversee programs, and manage budgets. Experience with volunteer engagement, board or advisory groups, fundraising, and community partnerships is also important. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
