About Us

Based in Huntersville, NC, Homefront Brands is an established platform for franchised property services businesses in North America. We have 6 brands (and growing) operating on our platform. Our mission is to be the growth engine for aspiring entrepreneurs, established business builders and our veterans to create and enhance the American dream of building a better future, through the application of our world class franchise models.

About the Opportunity

HomeFront Brands is hiring a VP of Franchise Development to award franchises across our property service franchise platform. This is an active development role – managing your pipeline from Discovery Call to Confirmed Franchise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Development Strategy. Work directly with the Executive Team of HomeFront Brands, Brand Leadership, and Development Team members to optimize the approach to Franchise Development for the Brand(s) you oversee.

Own your number. You will own your pipeline, from Discovery Call to Confirmed Franchise Agreement. As a VP, you will be hands-on with the pipeline, directly working with candidates, rather than managing a team.

Work the consultant channel. Deepen relationships with franchise consultants and broker networks.

Convert the organic channel. Partner with Franchise Development Marketing to turn website, paid, and social inquiries into qualified candidates.

Active Engagement with the Franchise Network. Maintain a tight relationship with the existing Franchise Network for in-network development, referrals, and high-touch validation opportunities for your candidates.

Represent HFB. Be a visible presence at industry events, broker conferences, and Discovery Days.

Required Qualifications

7+ years in franchise development or franchise sales, with a record of awarding franchises at or above target

Established relationships with franchise consultants and broker networks

Experience closing multi-unit deals with well-capitalized candidates

Disciplined CRM use and comfort reporting on your own pipeline and conversion data

A producer's drive: You want to carry a number and work your own deals, not manage a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home services, property services, or another multi-brand franchise platform

Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth franchisor

Work Environment

This is an on-site/remote position based in the Charlotte area. This position will work closely with the Chief Development Officer, Legal team, and business stakeholders.
