Vice President, Private Credit

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Private Credit to take on a leadership role across the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, developing investment theses, and overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses. The Vice President will lead due diligence and coordinate with external advisors, present opportunities to the investment committee, and support portfolio companies after investment through board participation and strategic initiatives. The role also includes mentoring and managing junior team members. Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private credit, or private equity, and a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to lead transactions and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience or interest in business services, industrials, manufacturing, or consumer sectors is preferred.
