Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as a strategic finance leader and partner to the Chief Financial Officer. The role leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and strategic analysis, while providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing performance reviews and variance analysis, preparing executive and board-level financial materials, and advising senior leaders on profitability, growth, and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the FP&A team, support investment and acquisition analysis, and improve financial processes and analytical capabilities. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline and have at least 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial reporting, including five or more years leading teams. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience presenting to executive leadership. Financial services experience and an MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential are preferred. Experience with board reporting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or strategic finance initiatives is also advantageous.
