Vice President of Information Security

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Security to lead its enterprise security program and operations. The role involves aligning security priorities with business objectives and risk tolerance, developing the security team, and establishing policies, standards, and controls that protect systems, data, and operations. The successful candidate will oversee security investments, staffing strategies, and third-party partnerships; assess risks, incidents, and program effectiveness; and provide recommendations to executive leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive information security experience, including five or more years in a leadership role. A proven record of building and leading enterprise security programs is required, along with hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and data protection practices. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification is preferred.
