Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as its top executive and lead organizational strategy, fundraising, board relations, operations, staff leadership, and community engagement. The role calls for balancing high-level direction with hands-on involvement in day-to-day leadership. The Executive Director will build relationships with community stakeholders and guide the organization’s work supporting patients and families across a multi-state region. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience and prior experience as an Executive Director, President, CEO, or in a comparable top leadership role. Experience in healthcare, patient services, human services, or a related field is preferred. Strong fundraising and board management capabilities are essential, along with the ability to oversee operations, financial performance, and staff development.
