Vice President & General Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President & General Manager to lead regional growth and operations. The role is accountable for regional P&L performance, revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration, while overseeing sales, branch operations, fleet maintenance, safety, transportation, logistics, and customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, improving sales productivity and customer satisfaction, and leading and developing employees across functions. The successful candidate will also monitor market trends, share competitive insights, and support planning, forecasting, compliance, and operational improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years in progressively responsible business unit management roles. Demonstrated success managing a substantial P&L is preferred. Relevant experience may include leading sales teams, decentralized branch networks, transportation and logistics, or rental and industrial services. Strong leadership, communication, customer presentation, organizational, and analytical skills are important, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, matrixed environment.
