Vice President of Analytics

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Analytics to lead analytics teams and initiatives that support profitable growth. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to advance strategic objectives through analytics and hypothesis testing. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team of analysts, setting the analytics agenda to optimize conversion and credit losses, and producing reliable portfolio health assessments and loss and revenue forecasts. The VP will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and collaborate with pricing, risk modeling, and automation teams while promoting trusted, transparent, high-quality analytics. Candidates should have a master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or a related field, along with 15 or more years of financial services or financial technology experience. Deep expertise in risk analytics—including underwriting, portfolio monitoring, collections, and forecasting—is required; commercial or small-business lending experience is preferred. Applicants should also have at least eight years of experience leading and developing analyst teams, including onshore and offshore teams, and strong Python, SQL, and Excel skills. The role calls for strategic problem-solving, applied statistics expertise, effective communication and influencing skills, adaptability, and familiarity with AI tools and an AI-forward approach.
