Vice President, Global Sustainability & EHS

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Sustainability & EHS to define and deliver a global sustainability and responsible-business strategy integrated with corporate priorities. The role leads initiatives spanning corporate social responsibility, health equity, human rights, environmental performance, and EHS, while ensuring commitments produce measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include building partnerships, advancing responsible sourcing, overseeing climate and environmental programs, and leading sustainability reporting and regulatory readiness. The Vice President will advise senior leadership and governance bodies on ESG risks and opportunities, represent the organization externally, and develop a multidisciplinary global team. Candidates should bring extensive senior leadership experience in sustainability, CSR, social impact, or responsible business within a complex global organization, along with a record of delivering measurable enterprise-wide outcomes. Broad sustainability expertise and depth in areas such as health equity, human rights, or social impact are required, as is experience advising executive committees or boards on ESG matters. Applicants should understand sustainability governance, regulation, and reporting, and demonstrate business acumen, change leadership, executive presence, and evidence-based communication. Experience in a regulated sector is preferred; a relevant degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced qualifications or certifications considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required.
