Head of Inventory

The Company is seeking a Head of Inventory to take ownership of inventory management across multiple locations and lead an established team. The role focuses on improving stock accuracy, inventory turnover, stock cover, and working capital while maintaining customer service. Responsibilities include strengthening inventory controls and cycle-counting processes, managing supplier returns, and modernizing systems, reporting, and workflows through technology, analytics, automation, and practical AI applications. The successful candidate will also drive continuous improvement and align inventory strategy with broader commercial and operational priorities. Candidates should have significant senior-level experience in inventory, stock management, or supply chain leadership, including oversight of substantial inventory portfolios and sizeable teams in a multi-site, high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control, planning, stock optimization, and cycle counting is required, along with a record of improving accuracy and working capital efficiency. Applicants should bring ERP and warehouse management system expertise, strong analytical and commercial judgment, and experience delivering process improvement and automation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is an interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
