Executive Director, Ambulatory Care Operations Greater Evanston, WY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Ambulatory Care Operations to lead the strategic, operational, financial, quality, and workforce performance of ambulatory and outpatient services across multiple sites and service lines. The role partners with senior executives and physician leaders to advance organizational strategy and improve access, patient experience, quality, workforce engagement, and financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing patient safety, accreditation readiness, budgets, expense management, revenue integrity, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director also establishes organization-wide policies and performance standards, leads cross-functional change initiatives, chairs interdisciplinary committees, and guides leadership development and succession planning. Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree and 18 months of supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial, or executive experience, along with progressively responsible senior-level experience; additional education may qualify candidates with fewer years of experience. Demonstrated operational leadership experience with an electronic health record, including workflow optimization, implementation, and performance improvement, is required. Applicants should bring strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office, email, internet, presentation, and information-management software, and the ability to manage competing priorities and financial operations.
