Senior Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to shape its people and organizational framework during a period of growth and project implementation. The role leads and develops the HR function, advises senior leadership on organizational and workforce matters, and translates business plans into workforce, capacity, and capability planning. Responsibilities include accelerating recruitment for critical technical and project roles, advancing compensation and performance practices, and managing HR initiatives and transformation projects. The successful candidate will also strengthen HR data and governance and support organizational change through clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement. Candidates should bring senior HR leadership experience in an international, technical, and project-oriented environment. Required expertise includes organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, job architecture, performance management, and attracting scarce technical talent. Strong commercial understanding of capital-intensive or engineering-related businesses, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to balance strategic work with practical execution are essential. Experience in growth, transformation, or scaling is expected; transaction experience is an advantage. Fluency in German and English, high integrity, and confidence advising senior and technical stakeholders are required.
