Senior Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to shape its people and organizational capabilities during a period of growth and project implementation. The role leads the HR function, including business partnering, recruitment, and centers of expertise, while advising senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, and performance. Responsibilities include translating business plans into workforce and capability needs, recruiting scarce technical and project talent, and advancing HR initiatives and transformation projects. The SVP will also strengthen HR data, governance, and documentation, and support organizational change through clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have senior HR leadership experience in an international, technical, and project-oriented environment. They need expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, job architecture, and performance management, along with experience attracting and developing specialized technical talent. Strong commercial understanding of capital-intensive or infrastructure-related businesses and the ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution are essential. Candidates must be confident advising senior executives, bring experience in growth or transformation, demonstrate integrity and a results-oriented leadership style, and be fluent in German and English.
