President

The Company is seeking a President to provide strategic, operational, and physician leadership for a large, integrated multispecialty medical group. The role includes strengthening leadership structures and shared governance, developing physician-administrator partnerships, and improving decision-making, access, quality, and operational performance. The President will collaborate with physician and administrative leaders, build the next generation of leaders, and balance local autonomy with accountability and consistent operational practices. Success requires a visible, accessible leader who prioritizes listening, relationship building, and collaborative problem-solving. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, be board-certified in their specialty, and have at least five years of clinical practice experience alongside senior physician leadership or management experience. Significant leadership experience in a multispecialty medical group, physician enterprise, or comparable setting is required, as is eligibility for medical licensure in the relevant state. Candidates should understand ambulatory and physician enterprise operations, including access, recruitment, productivity, quality, patient experience, compensation, and financial performance. Advanced coursework in physician leadership or administrative medicine, or a business-related master’s degree, is preferred.
