Managing Director Greater Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to represent its overall interests in the country and serve as the legal representative for its local entity. The role focuses on building and maintaining local and regional relationships, managing government and university relations, and fostering business synergies, cross-selling, and new business development. The Managing Director will help shape the country strategy with business and enabling teams, present it to stakeholders, and represent the organization on supervisory and administrative boards. The position also involves customer engagement and developing future talent while creating an inspiring work environment. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with P&L responsibility. Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills are required, along with a strategic mindset and understanding of business strategy and scenarios. The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Fluency in English is required.
