Senior Vice President, Payments Product Country Lead Greater Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Area

The Company is seeking a senior product leader to direct payments product management at the country level. The role involves setting strategy, leading multiple teams, managing budgets and resources, and developing product plans across their full life cycle. The successful candidate will coordinate complex initiatives across business units, build partnerships and cross-selling opportunities, and engage in internal and external negotiations. They will also oversee risk and compliance, strengthen client-focused solutions, and drive growth while maintaining strong controls and accountability. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in a large, complex, matrixed organization and practical experience across multiple business cycles. They should bring knowledge of banking, investment products, industry and competitor offerings, along with a sound understanding of product management and strategic planning. Strong project management, negotiation, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
