Associate Vice President, Financing Solutions Product Strategy

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Financing Solutions Product Strategy to help shape and deliver product strategy across the APAC region. The role supports new product implementation, regulatory change, and solutions to complex business challenges, while assessing proposals against existing capabilities and coordinating strategic enhancements. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating project activities across teams, and defining and validating project scope before implementation. The successful candidate will also develop expertise in assigned products and initiatives to help internal teams understand and deliver client-focused solutions. Applicants should have a degree and at least five years of financial services experience, ideally in securities lending, repo, equity finance, or prime brokerage. Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Experience supporting or coordinating projects is important; formal project management experience is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape.
