Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Technology Officer to define and execute its technology vision, digital transformation agenda, and enterprise architecture across multiple business units. The role will establish technology standards and governance, guide investment priorities, and advise executive leadership on opportunities and risks. Responsibilities include advancing analytics and AI, strengthening cybersecurity, and leading transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives. The CTO will oversee technology operations and integration, infrastructure, applications, cloud services, continuity planning, performance standards, and vendor management. The role also leads technology teams and aligns enterprise-wide initiatives with business priorities. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or regions. A strong record leading digital transformation and large-scale enterprise programs is required, along with expertise spanning enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and software development. Experience in a diversified business group and familiarity with the local operating environment are highly valued. Strong business judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is a bachelor’s degree in technology.
