Hospital Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Hospital Chief Executive Officer to oversee hospital operations and resources, advance organizational goals, and ensure high-quality services. The CEO will provide administrative oversight, support managers in managing staff and financial and operational resources, and contribute to operating and capital budgets. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring strategic plans, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and community stakeholders, and supporting outpatient and ambulatory care programs. The role also requires promoting quality improvement, effective teamwork, and compliance with organizational policies and objectives. Candidates should have at least five years of hospital leadership experience or equivalent healthcare industry experience, along with a record of success in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations. Rehabilitation or long-term acute care experience is required, as applicable; a master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, writing, and numerical skills are needed to engage stakeholders and assess financial, statistical, and market information. The ideal candidate also demonstrates strategic planning, sound decision-making, resource stewardship, problem-solving, and inclusive leadership.
