Executive Director, Partnerships

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Partnerships to develop and deliver strategic partnerships with UK universities and other relevant organizations. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing opportunities, leading negotiations, preparing proposals and business cases, and overseeing the transition from agreement to implementation. The role also manages senior partner relationships, supports successful delivery and issue resolution, and develops further collaboration. The Executive Director will use market intelligence to shape the opportunity pipeline and represent The Company in senior-level discussions and sector events. Candidates should have significant experience in UK higher education, partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a record of progressing complex opportunities toward agreement and delivery. They should understand higher education partnership models, including managed campuses, franchising, validation, and transnational education, and be familiar with the UK’s regulatory, funding, governance, and quality-assurance environment. Strong commercial judgment, research and analytical ability, negotiation skills, and credibility with senior stakeholders are essential. A relevant UK higher education network, experience with international partnerships or education infrastructure, and the ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of opportunities are also important.
