Interim Head of Finance & Resources

The Company is seeking an interim Head of Finance & Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance and corporate services. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, and supporting organizational planning and decision-making. The role also oversees governance and Board processes, alongside finance, HR, IT, facilities, and other organizational support functions. The successful candidate will lead and develop a central support team and ensure systems and processes effectively support the organization’s work. Candidates should bring significant senior finance leadership experience and a professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting is required, along with experience leading and developing teams. The role calls for a hands-on, collaborative approach and experience across finance, governance, and organizational support functions. Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues, senior leaders, and trustees are also essential.
