Head of Information & Cyber Security

The Company is seeking a Head of Information and Cyber Security to shape and lead its enterprise-wide security strategy in a complex, customer-facing environment. The role involves setting the security vision, developing policies and standards, assessing risk, and advising senior leadership on security threats and readiness. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, embed security into digital transformation, and oversee data protection, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, budgets, and security capabilities. They will also help protect customer data, operational integrity, and organizational trust across digital, physical, and third-party environments. Candidates should have a proven track record as a senior information security leader or CISO in a large customer-facing organization, ideally in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or a similar sector. Experience securing large-scale digital transformation, leading internal and external security teams, and engaging with executive stakeholders is essential; M&A and integration experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of security architecture, privacy and data protection, cloud environments, identity and access management, and incident leadership is required. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are desirable.
