Non-Executive Director (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking two Non-Executive Directors to join its Board and support its next phase of development. The appointees will provide independent judgement, constructive challenge, and practical insight on strategy, organizational performance, financial sustainability, risk, and impact. They will help the organization respond to a changing external environment, strengthen relationships, and advance funding and partnership development. The role also involves supporting strong governance while bringing fresh perspectives and networks to the Board. Candidates should bring senior leadership, governance, or advisory experience in complex organizations or systems, along with strategic capability and sound judgement on challenging issues. Across the two appointments, relevant expertise may include philanthropy and capital mobilization, climate and development finance, water and systems change, regional networks, Global South perspectives, legal and regulatory matters, or risk management. Successful candidates will be collaborative, intellectually curious, and able to offer both support and challenge. A commitment to locally informed development and improved water and sanitation outcomes is essential.
