Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking four Trustees to join its Board and help shape its strategic direction and long-term impact. Trustees will provide strategic oversight, constructive challenge, and support, helping the organization respond to changing conditions and maintain a focus on effective outcomes. The role calls for sound judgment, integrity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to strong governance. Candidates should bring specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas: finance; digital, data, technology, and AI; safeguarding; or advocacy and campaigning. Applicants should demonstrate substantial expertise in at least one of the specified areas, alongside the judgment and strategic capabilities needed for board-level governance. A strong commitment to high standards of integrity and accountability is essential. Candidates should also be motivated by the organization’s mission and able to contribute thoughtfully to decisions affecting its future direction.
