Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to guide its financial direction and support long-term growth. The role oversees enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and accounting operations, including the month-end close. The VP will strengthen internal controls and financial procedures, provide analysis to inform leadership decisions, and advise on profitability and capital allocation. Responsibilities also include mentoring the finance team and collaborating across affiliated organizations to improve reporting alignment and operational efficiency. Candidates must hold a CPA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience. Required expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting operations, and cash flow and liquidity planning. The successful candidate will have experience building controls and improving financial processes, along with a record of partnering with executive leadership on strategy and profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
