Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead strategic financial and operational planning, including long-term forecasting and financial modeling to guide capital allocation and support growth. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, and business plan modeling focused on pricing, margins, returns, and risk. The role will lead and develop the Finance team, partner with executive leadership on banking and capital strategies, and create financial reports and KPI dashboards. Additional duties include overseeing job costing, audits, tax reporting, and accounting functions while advancing process improvements and the adoption of new technologies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, along with a CPA or CMA designation. At least nine years of progressive accounting and finance experience is required. Applicants should bring advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control, as well as experience leading and implementing strategic plans. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for building and developing high-performing teams.
