Vice President of Operations Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership and oversight of account operations, ensuring services meet established standards and client objectives. The role includes developing and executing strategic plans to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency; strengthening client satisfaction and retention; and implementing systems that support operational performance and revenue growth. The Vice President will guide district managers, evaluate operational processes, and align priorities across teams. Responsibilities also include identifying improvements, managing departmental employees, and overseeing hiring and performance management. Candidates should have a strong managerial background and at least four years of community association management experience, along with a relevant professional designation or the ability to obtain one within the first year. The role requires the ability to interpret technical procedures, financial statements, audits, regulations, and other complex documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal software are required.
