Vice President of Clinical Operations (RN)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide hands-on leadership for nursing operations in a community-based care setting. The role will coach and hold nursing teams and supervisors accountable for high-quality care, strengthen clinical scheduling and reassessment workflows, and establish clear case ownership. Responsibilities include leading quality improvement, documentation standards, accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development. The executive will also oversee in-home care services, support client and family consultations, and partner with organizational leaders to build sustainable operations and a strong nursing culture. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authorization to practice in the relevant state by the start date, and have demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, home health, hospice, private-duty nursing, or a related community setting. Experience overseeing RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments and care plans, quality and compliance, and nurse development is required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate across operational functions are essential. Direct participation in an unannounced accreditation survey is strongly preferred.
