Senior Production Support Engineer, Associate Vice President Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure, resolve complex production issues, and minimize disruption to business operations. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, analyzing system logs and alerts to identify root causes, and improving monitoring, automation, capacity, resilience, and business continuity. The role also involves developing support models and knowledge resources, addressing service-impacting risks, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to stabilize production systems. The successful candidate will lead complex work, influence operational decisions, strengthen controls, and guide colleagues or teams. Candidates should have substantial technical experience with SQL, databases, Unix, and Windows, preferably supporting investment banking and front-office or trading applications. Knowledge of IT service management practices, configuration management, scheduling tools, middleware, and messaging platforms is required, along with experience building and maintaining monitoring tools. Familiarity with financial asset classes, cloud services, site reliability engineering, and observability tools is also valued.
