Identify opportunities to improve investment effectiveness, efficiency and transparency across markets.
Partner with Productivity, Finance and Operations to connect investment governance with commercial commitments, value realization and reporting.
Strategic Partnerships & Joint Business Plans
Lead the global approach to strategic media partnerships and JBPs across major media, technology, platform and commerce partners.
Establish a unified framework for evaluating, prioritizing, negotiating and governing global and regional partnership opportunities.
Oversee the development of JBP commitments, value measurement, governance cadences and partner performance reviews.

Ensure clear frameworks for transparency, disclosure, media quality, performance evaluation, authorization and auditability.
Work with Publicis investment specialists to assess opportunities against client objectives, marketplace competitiveness and appropriate governance standards.
Maintain separation between independent strategic recommendations and supply-related commercial considerations.
Modern Investment & Commerce Integration
Ensure global investment and partnership frameworks reflect the evolving media landscape, including retail media, commerce platforms, connected media and emerging investment models.
Partner with Publicis commerce and retail media specialists to incorporate relevant Shop and commerce considerations into global investment principles and partnership opportunities.
Support cross-capability workstreams, including Shop sufficiency and One Demand, where investment or partnership expertise is required.
Leverage specialist expertise across Publicis rather than duplicating dedicated commerce execution capabilities Above Market.
Capability Development & Global Enablement
Build practical frameworks, playbooks and operating standards that can be adopted across regions and markets.
Lead a lean, senior team responsible for delivering the global investment and partnership workstream.
Establish regular governance with PepsiCo leadership and ensure clear accountability for deliverables, market adoption and continuous improvement.
