Vice President, Head of Cloud Solutions Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Cloud Solutions to own its cloud strategy, platform engineering, and operating model. The role leads the multi-year cloud roadmap and a team of cloud engineers responsible for building and operating the foundational platform, including landing zones, automation, networking, and controls. Responsibilities include setting cloud architecture standards, developing investment cases and program metrics, and overseeing infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, container, and DevOps capabilities. The leader is also accountable for implementing and evidencing cloud security and regulatory controls, supporting audits and examinations, managing cloud costs and vendor relationships, and guiding the team through incidents and resilience testing. Candidates should bring deep hands-on AWS expertise, including cloud networking, identity and access management, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, security, and multi-account governance. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 10 years in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering and three or more years leading technical teams. Applicants must have owned a production cloud environment at enterprise scale and have experience in a regulated industry, including direct audit or examination support. Strong judgment, executive and technical communication skills, and a record of developing teams and delivering complex infrastructure initiatives are essential.
