Vice President, Information Technology Audit

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology Audit to lead complex technology audit engagements from planning through execution and reporting. The role assesses risks and controls across infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and business applications, including IT general controls, automated controls, software development processes, and business continuity frameworks. The successful candidate will identify control gaps, recommend practical improvements, and monitor remediation. They will also partner with technology, information security, risk, and business leaders on emerging risks and present findings to senior management. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or internal audit, including leadership of complex engagements in financial services or another regulated industry. Strong knowledge of technology risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies is required, along with expertise assessing diverse technology environments and operational processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills are essential. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC, or CPA are preferred.
