Vice President of Learning Design

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Learning Design to lead its learning experience organization and improve the effectiveness, motivation, and memorability of learning experiences. The role focuses on building a strong organization and developing leaders, while guiding teams to identify learning opportunities and deliver high-impact improvements. Responsibilities include organizational design, hiring, leadership development, performance management, resource allocation, and accountability for results. The VP will also strengthen product capabilities, encourage responsible use of AI in experimentation and development, and represent the organization in cross-functional partnerships. Candidates should have experience leading multidisciplinary teams through senior leaders in a fast-moving, product-led environment, along with a strong record of developing leaders and delivering results through others. A grounding in learning design, learning science, or a related discipline is required, as is experience shaping consumer products through teams and using AI to support product development or content generation. Excellent executive communication, judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity and change are essential. Experience creating AI-powered learning experiences or working in a rapidly scaling consumer technology environment is an advantage.
