Vice President of Operations Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operational execution across fiat payments, customer and corporate money movements, foreign exchange, and stablecoin lifecycle and custody operations. The role includes overseeing daily transactions and controls, managing payment partner workflows, and serving as a key operational contact for banking, payment, and custody partners. The VP will help design and launch operational support for new capabilities, address escalated issues, and support audits and regulatory reviews. They will also develop audit-ready procedures, identify process gaps, and drive scalable, automated workflows as operations grow. Candidates should have at least six years of hands-on experience in payment, treasury, or banking operations, including ownership of fiat money movement. They should have deep expertise in at least two areas such as omnibus account operations, foreign exchange, ACH processing, or third-party payment rails, along with experience working with banking partners, payment processors, or digital asset custodians. Strong written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build processes amid ambiguity are required. Familiarity with stablecoin issuance and redemption, blockchain asset movement, and custody operations is preferred, as is people-management experience.
