President

The Company is seeking a hands-on President to lead and grow an established commercial cleaning business. The role carries full responsibility for business strategy, operations, and P&L, with a focus on building a repeatable sales process, growing revenue, and maintaining consistent service quality across multiple customer sites. The President will lead an experienced team, establish operational processes and measurable performance goals, and oversee financial decisions and growth initiatives. Responsibilities also include managing personnel matters, resolving customer and employee issues, building community and business relationships, and supporting a transition to employee ownership. Candidates should bring a track record of developing measurable sales processes and experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, facilities management, or a related service business. They should have proven ability to hire, retain, and motivate frontline hourly teams, coordinate field staff across multiple sites, and respond effectively to service issues. Strong business and financial acumen, project management, analytical problem-solving, and comfort using payroll, scheduling, and accounting systems are required. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, clear communicator with an entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style and the ability to set measurable goals and guide teams through change.
