Fractional Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide independent, commercially focused legal advice to management and business teams. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements; managing corporate governance and documentation; and overseeing compliance, risk management, claims, disputes, and external counsel. The role also covers employment law, intellectual property, technology agreements, cybersecurity, and group insurance matters. The successful candidate will help strengthen legal and compliance practices and translate legal risks into practical guidance for the business. Applicants must hold a university degree in Dutch Law and have 6–9 years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house legal role. Extensive experience negotiating commercial contracts and broad knowledge of compliance, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and insurance are required. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, independent, proactive, and commercially minded, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English is essential.
