Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a visionary, collaborative Chief Executive Officer to set strategic direction, lead advocacy, ensure operational excellence, and deliver value to its members. The CEO will represent member organizations and serve as a trusted advocate, convener, and strategist, working with the board and healthcare leaders to influence healthcare delivery and policy. The role includes building relationships with policymakers, regulators, executives, community leaders, and industry partners, while advancing shared priorities and strengthening collective advocacy. The CEO will also guide initiatives that support hospitals and improve community health. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership presence, political acumen, and a strong record of building relationships and uniting diverse stakeholders around shared goals. Experience leading complex organizations and advancing strategic priorities through advocacy and collaboration is important.
