Vice President of Finance Greater Saint Cloud, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee financial management and analysis and guide finance functions in support of business objectives and performance. Responsibilities include developing financial processes, managing capital planning, leading budgeting and forecasting, and analyzing financial data to inform decisions and improve profitability. The role also oversees financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and risk management, while evaluating technology investments and improving reporting processes. The Vice President will advise senior leaders, lead and develop the finance team, and collaborate across operational and corporate functions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with eight years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of progressive finance leadership experience and experience working with or reporting to a senior business leader are required; experience in tribal gaming is preferred. Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting is essential, as are strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a record of improving financial systems and processes. Candidates should also demonstrate team leadership, clear communication, collaboration, sound judgment, and high ethical standards, and be able to meet applicable regulatory licensing requirements.
