Senior Vice President, Trade Functional Business Analyst, Group Wholesale Banking & Markets T&O Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a senior business analysis leader to guide transformation across Trade Finance and Supplier Financing. The role translates business strategy into scalable capabilities and delivery plans, leading initiatives from discovery and business case through implementation and stabilization. Responsibilities include aligning business, product, operations, technology, and data stakeholders; improving processes through standardization, digitization, automation, and AI; and overseeing end-to-end requirements, solution design, and client and operational journeys. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor business analysts, establish consistent analysis standards, and report on delivery progress and outcomes. Candidates should have extensive experience in business analysis, product management, transformation, or technology delivery within transaction banking or trade finance, including a proven record leading large-scale implementations. Strong functional knowledge of trade finance or supplier financing products, processes, and operating models is required. The role calls for experience translating complex business needs into executable solutions, managing senior stakeholders, and leading analysts or multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills are essential, along with an understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
