Vice President, Human Resources, APME

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to shape and lead the people agenda across a diverse regional business. As a member of the regional leadership team, this executive will drive transformation, culture change, organizational capability, and business growth through a contemporary HR operating model. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior regional leaders and partners with global expertise and people-services teams to support strong employee experiences and business outcomes. The successful candidate will help build a high-performance, purpose-led culture while aligning HR priorities with commercial needs. Candidates should be seasoned, commercially minded HR leaders with deep experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change in complex, matrixed global environments. A strong record of partnering with manufacturing businesses across diverse markets and influencing senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures is essential. Experience with contemporary HR operating models and collaboration with specialist HR and people-services teams is highly valued. International experience and a background in globally recognized organizations with strong HR practices are advantageous.
